  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in AV, Microsoft Office package, LAN, ADSL connections etc.
  • Basic skills in Windows server & Cloud technologies

  • Professional certifications in Microsoft/Apple/Linux server systems.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2019 R2.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in MS Exchange 2013 and 2016 environments.
  • Advanced knowledge in AV systems, backups, spam, NAS, H/W and S/W firewall systems.
  • Advanced skills in Cloud technologies. (Azure, AWS)
    Advanced skills in virtualization. (VMWare, Hyper-V etc.)
  • Advanced skills in database server management.
  • Experience in troubleshooting networking appliances.
  • Very good understanding on LAN/WAN/TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IIS Active Directory, SNMP etc.
  • Experience working with Datto RMM, SolarWinds N-central, ConnectWise etc.
  • Very good understanding on ITIL best practices.
